I've order a trial sample and paid their shipping fee and then after a month they sent another product of eye cream. I've emailed then straight away and told them that I'm cancelling all future order as I wasn't satisfied with the products, and they already took £45.95.
Now I've been to the bank and asked they to checked if there's more amount deducted and found that they took another £45.95 last 17/10 and 2 days later another £45.77 was deducted from my account on the 19th. I was reassured by someone from this company that my order has been cancelled. Why are they still deducting money from my account and I've never received any product from them Please help me stopped his scam. Thank you
