I have been trying to get my "mail in rebate" back since December. I purchased over $200 worth of "help" from these people... Andit has only resulted in a burden to me, and my computer. They are rude, dishonest, and disrespectful. Their answer to everything is "ma'am" I can not tell you that." My rebate has been pending since Jan. 11? I mailed it in 20 days before that so I have to wait because they did not submit my rebate on time? They are teetering the line of unfair and deceptive trade practices and at almost 40,000 in damages I doubt they will be staying clean for very long. This ought to be fun.
