I called MyTech for help on my Apple Laptop. They had me purchase a Keyboard and Mouse for $49.99. This product has a $49.99 rebate if you keep there monthly service active for 90 days at $9.99 per month. Now they claim that they have lost my rebate info. And that I can fax the rebate form to them which I did. When I call to get the status they place me on hold and never return. I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes 3 times.
