I signed up for a 5 K glow run in Jacksonville Florida. Several weeks later I was charged for a registration fee of $64.95. I had never registered for anything. It has taken several times for me to try and talk to a representative and if I am unable to speak to anybody I will file a claim to get refunded. As I have been reading this has been happening to too many people and something needs to be done.
