I signed up my daughter for a fun run in California through a form I received from her elementary school. The cost for the run was $5. I filled out the form with my credit card information and was debited that amount several weeks ago. Somehow, active.com (who was not listed on the form) has now enrolled me in their Active Advantage program and charged me $64.95. I have sent two emails to them but have not received a response back. I am also trying to call now but have been on hold for over ten minutes.
