This is the third or fourth time that Boost Mobile in Lakewood, Ohio, Address: 15108 Detroit Avenue, -1216-712-6996, took money from me and made me pay for service that I never wanted. They made the mistake with the service plan and forced us to pay for minutes that we were not supposed to have.
We signed up for unlimited calling, text and internet for $30.00. The problem is under Assurance wireless, I paid one service and they messed that up with an extra $30.00.
The other problem was my other son paid $65.00 cash to switch from boost mobile to a new phone. His service was turned off and the sim card was supposed be in by last week friday and the service was never turned on and the guy as well as the girl keeps taking money for service but never gives service and claims they cannot give a refund.
This is the second week now and this is the 3rd time they took money and messed up the service on two numbers.
My son Capriese is the $65.00 charge his phone number was (Personal Information Removed). All they needed to do was switch to the new phone and active the service they sold him.
The other service number was under Assurance Wireless where they have my card number on file and over charged me and the female lied about the amount taken out. The phone number for the Assurance account is: (Personal Information Removed).
The credit card is under my name: Darlene
