Just 12 weeks ago I paid my "Monthly Unlimited" phone bill of $50 and just got a text message saying that my account only has about $1.52 left in it and will be shut off either tomorrow or next day. I have not spent 1 second on the internet on this phone. Only used the cell and text service, that's it. I just tried several times to dial customer service, 611 and the 800 number on the box that came with the phone. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR BOOST MOBILE ONLY AUTOMATED SERVICE PERIOD! What a rip off!!! What kind of company does not offer customer service, obviously one that likes to RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!
