I was the victim of a hit and run with your insured on Dec 3. Totaled my car. I had to pay my $500.00 deductible so my car could get replaced by my insurance company. No one has ever contacted me to even see if I was ok. It has been 4 months and nothing has been accomplished. I even faxed my Declaration Page to provide proof I had the deductible and the adjuster for my company has had no luck either. Very inefficient and unprofessional is this company. It should never take this long to settle a claim.
