One of their auto policy holders hit my car bumper and they took one month to get back with me - my insurance company had done all they could without legally going after them. They finally sent me paperwork, which I have no idea what the purpose is - and will not return my calls. They are very unprofessional, even THEIR certified place I went to have an estimate at didn't have good things to say, and I quote, "yeah it will be months before you get paid." They are right so far. The estimate I received was less than $1000. Two months later and STILL NO ANSWER. I would never recommend them for customer service, business or even answering the phone - they are not even cabable to do any of these tasks. I have no idea the outcome, I hope they will do right and pay my claim.
