Stonebridge Casualty Insurance
Won't Send Me My Contract

I totaled my car and gap insurance paid the "gap." But my liability insurance told me that most gap insurance covers the deductible as well. Stonebridge says it doesn't cover the deductible, and won't send me my contract so I can see for myself. I've been on the phone with them twice now. They transfer me from person to person, and once I talk to the "right" person he tells me they can't send me my contract because he doesn't think they have it. He told me the only thing I can do is call the dealer or lender to try to get it from them. I want my contract!
