Had an accident with one of their insured back in April. It took almost a month for them to send me the claimant's statement form and instructions. I've tried calling them on numerous occasions, no one answers or return calls received. I'm consulting an attorney and calling the state insurance fraud department this week if I can't get satisfaction. Pray you never get in an accident with one of their customers.
