Internet order has been charged to my account, but product has not been shipped. Repeated e-mail and phone inquiries have elicited no response. A complaint has been entered with my credit card company, with a view to a criminal complaint. There is a pattern of such behavior with this company and its principle, Mr. James Koskela, also of Florida. Complaints can be traced on line, through a number of vehicles.
