I wish I had read other reports here before placing an order many weeks ago. While I got a quick confirmation by email that my credit card was charged for an order, which also involved a "shipping charge" that amounted to another 50% of the total cost, I have never heard from this company since. I have never received my product, nor any response to my email inquiry asking when I could expect my product.
When I tried to pursue communication with this company, I found no new way to pursue my unfulfilled order, but I came upon the complaint instead.
I worry that this organization now has information about me, and a credit card number that I cannot take back. I am surprised that a company these days would use the internet for a lack of service or response. It is something so unusual, I find it hard to believe it would so boldly exist.
