On November 23 I ordered electronic cigarettes inc starter kit for $79.95. The product was never shipped. When I called they said my credit card had been declined. My credit card was not declined and was billed the same day of the order. I called again and was told product was on backorder. One week later I called again and they said product was shipped. I traced with Postal Service and product was never shipped. I called again and they promised that product was shipped that day. Again traced with Postal Service and product was never shipped. I called again and talked to so-called supervisor who assured me product would ship that day. Again no shipment. They report to Postal Service with notification of Shipment but never give the product to Postal Service. My repeated calls now go unanswered. I have never been ripped off before on a internet order, this was the first time. I either want my product or my credit card credited. Can anybody out there help me??
