I foolishly fell for a special offer for a small sample of herbal remedies. Then money started to disappear from my account. I have had to cancel my credit card to prevent any more being taken out. I have managed to contact them and after a very heated phone call they have said that they will reimburse me but will take at least 10 days. All remains to be seen. These ads are very misleading
