I saw an ad on my laptop. I love natural products and had been reading up on many of the ingredients mentioned in the product so thinking that i was going to receive a small free trial sample, paid the required shipping of £5.95, thinking that if i liked the product i would order more at my leisure.
Little did i know that when the product arrived, within the small print that i didn't instantly read were terms and conditions that i did not agree to. I did not find out what had happened until i saw my bank statement, by which time i was powerless to stop it. I had to get the bank to reissue my bank card to put a stop to Pura silk having access to my account. As it is now Purasilk may have managed to obtain a second payment which i cannot afford. Also linked to this is a company in Galashiels. This is a phone line with an american accent, so i knew as soon as i heard it that i was also being charged a phenominal rate for calling so I hung up as it kept me on hold for at least 3 minutes. The advert where i first saw this product advertised were also advertising essence of argan with the same deal, the non-existant free sample with access to my account to take money every 30 days for a product that i did not commit to buying.
