I ordered a product from Herbal Remedies on line. The product was back ordered. Everyday I checked my account the product ship date was pushed back two days. It has been like this for 6 weeks.
My credit card was billed on the date I ordered the product. I attempted to ask for a refund but for existing orders you cannot contact the company by phone. You have to send an email and they state they will respond within 1 or 2 business days. After 5 emails, I still have not had a response.
