I had went into T-Mobile to pay my bill of 50.00 dollars. I had not been feeling well. I wanted to leave because i was not feeling well. The customer service rep Marleny manipulated me into a contract with T-Mobile, by having me believe I was signing a bill for a new telephone. She told me the Olympus was a 35.00 dollar phone and was an old model. I have been a pay as you go 50.00 a month customer for over 5 years, how come suddenly i would want to change into a contract customer. I never wanted a contract then and i certainly never agreed to a contract then. Marleny manipulated me I was under the assumption that the phone was all I was paying for however every month there after my bill has been 120.00 dollars. This is a sheisty, shady practice of doing business. I want my pay as i go service, i never consented to a contract.
