I purchased a New stanless French Door Refrigerator from Best Buy On collisuim Fort Wayne Ind.in Dec. It was Delivered set up I thought it didn't shut off but thought cause it was new but then i Got my Elec. Bill it was $700.00 i knew something was not right i called best buy they set me up for a tech to come out the tech called said they don't service whirlpool i called best buy back they set up another tech they called made appt. To come out canceled twice. I called best buy after 2nd. Time tech canceled they set a appt. For another tech he came out on 3/4 called whirlpool tech to explain what the refrigerator was doing to get part numbers the whirlpool tech said that whirpool was aware of the problems. And there have a problem with one part out of 3 that it needs. They don't have the part in production yet it was still being designed and i said i want to exchange this refrigerator for new one. I called best buy back explained it to them got no where. What can i do about this i paid like $2400.00 for this and it doesn't work it runs elec. Bill up can't keep food for more then a week in it and it doesn't work like a refrigerator should
