While fixing a minor problem on my refrigerator a GE Service Tech (in his words) drilled a hole in the wrong place and through a power supply causing the refrigerator to be beyond repair. GE is willing to give me a 50% discount from retail price on a new refrigerator (bet they still make money on the unit) but will not refund the price of my service calls (the last call was the tech's 5th attempt to fix the problem). Does this sound fair?
