I have owned this refrigerator since 2012 on august 29th. A few months ago the compressor went out and I called to schedule service. I bought the 5yr extended warranty. They scheduled the service for three weeks out then when the guy came of course he had to order parts so it was another 3 weeks to fix it. Then finally I had a working refrigerator again. Now it went out again on 30 September and they have scheduled service three times. First time the place called said I was out there service area so I called back and they said sorry but they found another guy. They scheduled with him and he said he'd be there Friday between 8 and 5. I called off work lost 200 sat home all day and he never showed up. I called in they said sorry but they will try reschedule again. That was a week ago now and still no service or date. I want this replaced. I have never had service this bad and I am a service tech myself. If this is not made right I will let every one of my customers know how my experience was and inform everyone I know on facebook aswell. Service sucks. Highly recommend going else where
