It is my hope as a resident, that the current managers be removed. Current managers are very unapproachable, very condescending, very argumentive, and antagonistic. They were once removed from the park only to be returned and to continue with the same destructive behaviors they had in the previous park where they worked.in reading the Mission Statement of ELS, customer service is of utmost importance. ELS should send residents a survey of sorts in relation to how the park is operated and managers should be paid from the results, or not.
I am a paying resident and would appreciate a supportive personnel in the office of the park.
The last issue would be the water meters that are ripping residents off by being rounded up rather than an exact usage. I have never gotten an exact usage water bill. I will forward that information to a news channel to investigate.
