I purchased a package of 235 chips in the amount of $20 through Bingo Blitz in-app purchase system. I received a confirmation email from the Google play store containing the receipt of the transaction. I then received an in-app notice that my chips would be added momentarily. I never received the purchase. I verified that my purchase had been processed through my bank, so no concerns about funds. I then checked the application again and still no addition was added to my account. I proceeded to open a support ticket and received an automated response to the open ticket. I noticed that their business hours were Monday -friday. So I waited until Monday 3/25 for contact from the company. I again received an automated response requesting a copy of the email confirmation and my id number. I promptly responded. After another 2 hrs I still was not given my purchase. So I emailed them again requesting an update, and began looking for contact phone numbers. I couldn't find any valid information. At the close of their business day today, I still have not heard from the company nor has my blitz account been credited.
So now I am going to start reaching out for help. The ethical responsibility of the company to provide the product/service that I have paid for is the one thing that I am after. They need to choose, give me my purchase or give me my money!
