I purchased $50.00 in credits and 3 days later I still have not received a refund or a credit. I've emailed several times and was told that it would take 3 days to resolve. Not sure why it would take that long, but going on day 4 and they are just ignoring me now. I guess I'll have to try to get my money back through my bank if I can. Isn't it illegal to just keep someones money?
