In February, my FaceBook account was hacked. It took almost three weeks just for Facebook to re-activate my account. When it was re-activated, the only thing that came back was my timeline. All my 3,000 friends, gone. All my games gone. Everything I had worked to get to where I was gone. I have been trying ever since for Bingo Blitz-Buffalo Studios to return all that I earned to me. Countless emails, and no results. It may not be important to some people, but when you have lost what I did was a disaster for me. I lost 600,000 coins, 1700 power ups 2,000 credits, and 2000 team mates, which I was team leader. I had invited all to be on my team. I have pleaded with them to answer me, and I will include the emails. I worked hard for what I had, and spent a lot of money. I also forgot to mention, I was at level 78. When you think everything was okay, it wasn't until I went back to Bingo Blitz for the first time since re-activation. There was reality that hit me smack in the face. I had to start as a new person, and start all over again. Every game app was the same. No account. So, I am enclosing emails, and in hopes they will respond in some way. I am tired of all the excuses, and being put off.

For best performance please make sure you've done the following: make sure you are using the most up to date version of your current web browser, clear your browser's cache (this site has detailed instructions for various browsers: flashplayer / (http://get. Adobe.com/flashplayer/). Please note that these suggestions may not work, but they are often the solution or solutions to these issues. Finally, having other windows, tabs, and/or applications will affect game performance, since the game runs on Flash and does require sufficient memory to run smoothly; your internet connection can also lead to lag or problems.

If you happened to have have lost credits that have been purchased, you can copy and paste the transaction receipt for your purchase, as well as the amount of credits purchased (if they aren't listed on the receipts), I can verify the information and add the credits to your account.
