I purchased this GROUPON in Early November. As soon as I purchased I booked the appointment for window and gutter cleaning and the first appointment available was on January 9th, so I took it. I took off of work and waited and even talked with a "live" person who said they were running late. Finally around 2:30, I was told that the appointment had been canceled because of a truck problem. I was then rebooked for that Friday. Same thing happend. Then I booked it for Saturday and the receptionist "Bo" booked it for a Carpet cleaning instead of a gutter cleaning. Then - I talked with Bo the receptionist who told me it was a computer glitch, then she told me the next appointment was in APRIL!!! - now because the gutter cleaner himself was already booked! My gutters obviously will never be cleaned. This is a scam and I would like my money back IMMEDIATELY! So I can now book a respectable gutter service. I will also be reporting TOTAL QUALITY CLEANERS to the Better Business Bureau as well. Please refund my credit card immediately.
