I purchased a Beats Headphone from Comet in the UK which has gone into administration now, the headband has snapped within two weeks of usage. I called up Beats and they asked me to send it to them by registered delivery to Netherlands which I did. They have declined to repair or replace them as they have a fixed cable, which they are telling me are demo headphones and are not covered under warranty. This is the first time I have purchased headphones from Beats, how am i suppose to know if they are demo or not.
Nowhere it states that demo model are not covered under the warranty
