I have been having an ongoing battle with comcast on my comcast cable and internet bill for the last 2 months. My wife and i are both in our mid 70's and feel we are being scammed with charges that we don' understand, we were able to reduce the bill by 150.00/month approx for last month but the current bill is still out of line. I called comcast today to try and resolve this month's biil and the customer service agent told me that the last 4 of my ssn did not match their fike!!! This scared the heck out of me so i asked for a manager she told me none was available but she could put me on a list for a call back from a manager; that was 5 hours ago and no call back. This ssn snafu is really concerning. I told the agent i wanted something in writing telling me how my social got mixed with another. Can you help with that? It relly concerns me to the point where i would have to seek legal council.
