I ordered a "Free" trial offer online, the only thing I had to pay for was the postage, that was debited from my account.
My "Free" trial arrived. Then the following day I received another supply of this even though I was told I had 14 days to cancel and another supply would not be sent to me until after the 14 days!!! This is what is also stated in the terms and conditions.
I have checked my bank account and 2 payments have been taken for £65 and £63!!!
I have emailed the company 100's of times but do not get a response, I have also tried ringing them but surprise surprise the contact number isnt valid!
This is obviously a scam and I am livid that companies like this can just get away with ripping people off.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what we can do to stop this company continuing to do this?
