I ordered a 7 Day Free Trial from White Over Night with only $3.95 to pay in shipping. The following day I received an email saying that order for a 60 day supply was on the way and $106.90 was charged to my account. I emailed them back bringing the error to their attention and they gave me two options. Either I could get a refund or get another 60 day supply for free (120 days worth of product for $106.90).
I wanted the refund and was given it with a response of "I will be happy to process the refund but please be aware we will charge you on the 14th day per the terms and conditions of the policy." Ok, fine, just let me try it out first! Anyway, a few days later I still had not received anything, so I emailed them and told them to cancel everything.
I checked my bank account and White Over Night had charged $106.90 to my account the day befor I cancelled and I had not received a thing yet! I found the White Over Night phone number through an internet search since they do not provide a number to call and only got an answering machine. This mess occurred within 7 days. I first placed the order on 2/2 and was charged on 2/9. This is not a Free Trial Offer.
