We purchased a groupon deal for services with this company. The deal said we would get up to 12 vents cleaned an the dryer vent. When they came to do the job, they refused to clean the vents because we have more than 12 (we have 14) and they said "you wouldn't expect somebody to vacuum half of your home" — well, I do. I paid for it, you have to do it. They mentioned something about liability, but their arguments were contradictory to those given by the telephone reps we complained with. This was a bad deal and I regret having bought into it. I will stick to Angie's list from now on, even if groupon has good deals at times.
I just want my money back from groupon or the job finished by quality air and move on.
