I'd review their work, but I can't since they never came! Three times I scheduled an appointment. Three times they were no shows. I had bought a Groupon for $49 for a full house HVAC vent cleaning and dryer cleaning for a house I had purchased. Called in Sept. Had to schedule for Oct. 21 at 4 pm. They never showed. When I called, they said they had overbooked and assigned the appointment to ANOTHER company. When I called that company, I was told that they were behind in their appointments that day, so they never came. When I asked why didn't someone call, they said it wasn't their problem, it was Indoor Air of America 's problem. I called Indoor Air the next day and even though they did not seem to care for my business, I rescheduled for Nov. 4, also at 4 pm simply because I wanted to use the Groupon and get it over with. THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! They seemed to care even less this time. I emailed Groupon to complain, but rescheduled anyway since I really need these ducts cleaned and wasn't sure how long it would take Groupon to resolve the issue. Well, they were supposed to show up today between 9 and 11. At 11:10, I called to cancel. Yep, you guessed it, they weren't even on their way, and no phone call to let me know. Groupon has gracefully refunded my money with Groupon Bucks, even though I would prefer a refund on my credit card.indoor Air of America is not going to get my business ever again.
