I purchase Sandisk Cruzer Glide 128GB USB Flash drive (SDC60-128G-A11) at $76.25 with coupon including tax on last 16th of March. I inserted to my computer port and it shows only 1.86 GB instead of 128gb after I open the package. This afternoon, I took it back to store with sales receipt. Store manager immediately accused me as a theft and call police officer and filed trespass warning up to next 2 years as well. According to office manager, the 128gb product shown as black color base with red color slider as opposed to my flesh drive shows black and white color slider. Obviously I have no way to identify the right color product at time of purchase that product was given to me from cashier after completion of payment. I am well aware of credibility issue at this point; his word against my word and I am extremely agitated with an accusation against me from store manager. Is there any complain filed on 128gb Sandisk flesh drive with faulty package complain recently as what is my experience today? And I would want you to exchange right product if you believe me.
