Unprofessional at worst. Uhaul Corporate and their order center was incompetent, through and through to the end.in the initial process of ordering, I explained in detail since this was my first time moving long distance and provided exact details of my 3 bedroom home to the order center. Uhaul reserved the wrong truck and it wasn't noticed until my professional paid movers had completely loaded a "17' truck" with only 3/4 of my furnishings. Uhaul ordered the wrong truck. Subsequently, after numerous calls and arguing, I was able to receive a 20 ft. Truck I originally ordered in which my movers had to transfer all my designer furnishings on to the new truck. Uhaul never offered any apology or credit for the inconvenience nor did they offer any compensation. The woman "supervisor" in Denver was extremely egregious in her response and just didn't and wouldn't "get it". What has corporate America's customer service come to besides greed?
