I have purchased a SanDisk 1GB Cruzer Mini Flash Drive as details below:

Order Number: 105
Detailed Invoice: / catalog/account_history_info.php? Order_id=105
Date Ordered: Friday 04 November

But it was defected, When I had given all the details to Technical Help of Sandisk they replied its not their product and they are not able to find this product in their database, and told me to return to the seller.
