While on the Sears website a survey popped up - I completed the survey and was provided with the opportunity to order a "risk-free" product from Collagenta for a very small shipping fee. Before ordering I looked over the website THOROUGHLY for any fine print, and nothing about the 2 week trial was noted (I do see that it's noted on their main website, but it wasn't on the site I ordered from). Within a few weeks I noticed a $148 charge on my credit card. I've been following up with the company (via e-mail, because no luck with 1-800 #)... But haven't had any luck yet regarding a credit for the unauthorized charge. I have also submitted a dispute request to my credit card company.
Not impressed!
I'm hoping that if I return the product that they will reimburse me the charge in full. I'm also hoping that I can return to a Canadian location, rather than ISRAEL! Waiting to hear back from them on this.
I noted $200 in damages-shipping/product/return.
