Responded to a "Netflix" survey for free gift of Collagenta skin care (pay 4.99 s&H). Did so, put Credit info on line and then found this site! Immediately contacted company to cancel order but was told it was too late as it was put to auto ship, but I would not be charged if product returned within "trial period". Rec'd product and tried to return to sender (Ont, Canada), but was informed the product would have to go to Israel ($29 s&h). After much correspondence (was successful in talking to very polite "real" people, I agreed to keep the product for 49.99. I made it explicitly clear I wanted no other product and would authourize no other credit card charges (I have the confirmation in several emails). Two months later, I receive a second package. Checked my Credit card receipt for the activecollegin charge, but it was not there. Contacted my Credit card company who noted no charge from activecollegin was pending, but to be safe, cancelled my card. Rec'd my paper statement, and on March 30 (prior to cancelling my card), a charge of 98.82 was charged by "ProXBeauty". When I googled it, noted it was a new domain name in Austin Texas which sold Collagenta. Contacted my Credit Card company who noted that because I rec'd the product, I could not dispute it. I would have to send it back. I did not order this and have emails to prove it. I went as far as to go onto my "Collagenta" account (per customer service reps instructions) and checked off "Do not auto send". When I checked my account, the "auto ship" checkbox was mysteriously checked!
