I ordered a laptop from Amazon a week ago and delivery was scheduled for Saturday. The courier for some reason has returned the laptop to Amazon even though a mobile phone number was given and someone was at home all day. Now Amazon says that teh item is out of stock and can't be sold to me as the item is now second hand! Unbelievabvle and no help at all from the Amazon customer service. Really sad given Amazon's reputation for great customer service - standards have certainly slipped very badly in this case - a week wasted in trying to by a laptop on line - would have been simpler to buy at a store!
