I too answered a survey with the promise of Active Collagen Serum for free if I paid the shipping costs of $5.95. I did, I paid the $5.95 on my Visa and got the product in the mail. A month later $148.95 showed up on my Visa bill and the phone number on the bill was missing a number and when I went to google Collagenta, I realized I was not the only one that had been scammed. I called the Visa to dispute the charge and that is when I found out that just the other day they put through another charge of $98.00. My card has been deactivated and I will receive a new card, but it appears Collagenta will just continue to bill at their pleasure. I'm glad my card has been cancelled and I hope I won't be held responsible for these two charges since I did not authorize them. Bewared of survey's baring free gifts I guess, especially if their name is Collagenta.
