Here i am again and still waiting for my money to be refunded that was taken out of may account by them back in 2012. This was taken for a free credit report that was to cost $1.00 which i paid, and then i was charged monthly $19.95 and another $31.00 and change for a report i never asked for. I have e mailed and called these people and am told by e mail that they need my account # to refund any amount, but i have told them over and over i do not have an account so i have no # to send them, it has been several months now since i have heard anything from them and i guess i will never get my money refunded, so good luck to anyone fighting these sob scammers.
