I have a few mistakes on my credit report. It's nothing big, but best that they weren't there. TransUnion and Equifax allow you to enter your information and correct or at least ask that that investigate your problem.
Esperian will not allow easy or free access to your credit report at all. They say they need a credit card to be sure it's you. It doesn't apply to me, but what if you have really bad credit and can't get a credit card.
As you continue reading their "Agreement", you agree to allow them to bill your credit card $9.95 per month.in exchange they will alert you via email every time a change is made to your credit report (not TransUnion or Equifax) just Esperian. Additionally, for $5.95 more per month they will alert you of any changes to your credit score (again, just per Esperian).
I am entitled by law to one free credit report per year. If it's offered on Esperian's website, I'll be damned if I can find it. I spent 20 minutes at least searching the website and it kept bringing me back to joining their "Service".
So, I have two out of three of my credit bureaus fixed.
