I am here again, on may 16, i visited a site where i had to get a supposedly free credit report, which was not free! I had to give them a $1.00 on my visa. After that on june 18 there was a charge of $31.95 on my bank statement, however i had not used their service at any time. And so i tried to contact them by e mail, no reply, then by phone and nothing except a recording saying it was an in valid number. Then, on june 29, another charge appeared on my account for $19.95, and again on the same day another charge of $19.95, this was listed as protect my i d which i had no idea of who they were. So i did reach them and they told me they are part of esperian just a different branch, they refunded one charge of $19.95. And more or less wished my luck in getting a refund from esperian as such. Well it is now oct., 25 2012 and still no resolution to this refund problem. I do hope no one trusts this so called legit., credit score service. I was using kredit karma then and still use it and guess what? It is 100% free free never a charge. Be careful of who you deal with and, these free reports you are told to take to continue a application, don`t do it. All i now want is what is due me in a refund, $71.85.
