I stupidly paid them for an Outlook licence, then as going through checkout got a message I'd been upgraded to Professional 2010. I should have been awake then! I downloaded what I thought would be the Windows product. The next screen I got said the download was a zip file, had to download another thing to allow zip files to be opened. I started to get worried then and contacted their "live help". It's very slow to respond. I asked for a refund as I'd changed my mind. Was told they could remotely access my computer to install it! Was told to read their refund policy, to which they sent me a link. There is nothing there about refunding if customer changes their mind. The person kept insisting on remote access! And that she wasn't authorised to refund me. Am still arguing with them!
