I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2010 to download. Upon going to the link the software did not download so went to Live Technical Assistant. They wanted access to my computer to fix my problem. I stated to them that I have done numerous downloads and that I knew what I was doing and that the problem was at their end. I googled Software Centre Support scam and came across numerous complaints at usacomplaints.com and other sites regarding this company. Requested refund but they requested that I go to technical support. I told them that they were a scam wanting access to my computer to get my personal details. They did not respond. Do not let them have access to your computer. They are computer hackers under the guise of selling legitimate software which is not legitimate. It is just an excuse to get access to your computer. Recommend that you change your password to your email account as they can access your emails. Also go to your bank and get them to get refund because this company will not refund.
