I purchased and downloaded StATA software (`$15.00) and SAS software ($30.00) to meet the $30.00 minimum charge for a total of 45.00 after check out i noticed the charge was $60.00 total. When I attempted to install the software there was not activation codes in the package. The receipt indicate a seril. Tx was included but it was not. "After unzipping downloaded files read HOW_TO_INSTALL. Txt or install. Txt or serial. TXT files."
The support site (http://www.lpsupport. Ws) listed a similar compliant that received the same response as above.
