I purchased some software from TriceraSoft. No where on the site does it say that the software is not compatable with Windows 7 (Windows 7 has been out for over a year). I bought the software, downloaded it to my computer, and it came up with error messages. I contacted TriceraSoft, and they told me to download this other tool also. That also didn't work. I then asked them to refund my money. They ignored my request.
For 3 weeks now I have been asking them to refund my money and now they're saying they have a clear policy on their web site saying they do not refund any money. I went to their web site to look, and now at the bottom after you have put in all of your payment information (below the submit button) they have placed a small notice saying they don't refund if their products don't work.
That is completely bogus. If you are looking for CD G software for Karaoke, do not use TriceraSoft. They are a bogus rip off. There are plenty of other companies out there that sell the software and would be happy to provide quality service.
