I entered a contract with Raindon, Nissan of Auburn on Jan. 30th 2013 on a 2012 Versa 1.8 S HB manual.internet price was a $12,507.00 on car dealership lot price was set at $14,998.00.
General Manager, bait and switched the price. General manager, showed me 3 payment options. I was surprised to see all of the options were very steep. I put $3000.00 down to receive a more reasonable payment plan. 2hrs later, when I went to sign the second to the last paperwork, I noticed that something was terribly wrong! I questioned why I have a feature, I don't want (Skylink). I was told by sales person I needed it! I didn't want it! ($649.00) Than I realized after 72months I will pay out a total of $28,372.00 on a manual Versa with a 4.99% interest and a credit line of over 740. I refused to sign and went directly to General Manager who stated, with witnesses around, "I spent to much time on you... Sign the contract... And get out of my building..." This horrible experience left me in tears and I am still fighting this gross maltreatment, and injustice of corp. Business.
