Myself (Bev Escoe and Betty love my mother) helped my son get a Nissan Altima 1997. The Torrance Nissan dealer convinced him he needed a brand new Altima. My son Alex one day came home with a 2002 Altima.
Torrance Nissan had no signatures for the 2002 and let him drive home. When I came home I see this new car by this time he had the 2002 Altima for about one week with no signatures.
At the time we were financied with Wes Com Credit Union in Pasadena for the 1997. And now he tells me that Wes Com financied the new car without my approval or my mothers. How they let him get a new car is beyond me. After the car was bought back Wes Com pulled out of financing and Nissan Motor Took over and financed the 2002.
They sent paper work to be signed in Kansas. Torrance told Ms. Love that she and my son would be on contract. They never sent her a copy of the contract for her to depute and now they want the car back and only want to sell it for 13,500.00 and want her to pay the rest plus attorney fees. When I ask the attorney for the other contract showing her ability to pay on June 7or8 he said he would have to conver with his clients and when was I going to give up the car, I said as soon as you give me a copy of the other contract and I confirm with an attorney
