I purchased from PCCleaner there program and it loads on my computer but wont open and at the time a privacy software program also came with it. Now I see that it went through Safecart and they added a renewal payment program for a program that wont even open on my computer. Tried to email both parties with not a response. Hopefully my Paypal account will resolve this issue. Refuse to pay for something that doesnt work and then have renewals added to it without my knowledge through Safecart.
