I ordered The Outer Limits from DVD Tiger and 2 of the discs were not working. Gordon Kennedy, the customer support person at DVD Tiger, promised me several times in December and January that he would send me a partial refund for $30. I never heard from him again after January 30th and he never sent me my refund: (
